Welcome
You may have come here because you are feeling confused or sad. Perhaps you are reaching a point in your life when you are posing existential questions or simply wish to find ways to feel better and to cope with uncomfortable thoughts and emotions.
Each individual has an original journey to make and every therapeutic relationship is unique. I would like to accompany you on your way and provide the support to help you discover your inner world and learn practical approaches to regulate your emotions and manage daily stressors.
I have experience working with a range of conditions including anxiety and depression, addiction, eating and sleep disorders, negative thought spirals and other forms of psychic imbalance. Navigating the sometimes frightening waters of relationships, sexuality and gender is another area where it helps to have someone to confide in and with whom you can work through your complexes, fears and weaknesses.
I use a Jungian approach to psychoanalysis and psychotherapy, accessing unconscious material through dream analysis and expressive arts such as drawing, painting and sculpture. Our work together supports the whole bodymind system, including sleep hygiene, nutrition and physical activity.
Therapy is available for Adults, Adolescents, Children and Couples in English and French at my private practice in Chavannes-de-Bogis (Vaud), or online by Skype or Zoom.
